WINDS OF CHANGE

"Winds of Change" is an intense and reflective orchestral piece, composed in honor of my friend Davide and his recent growth . The composition opens with a sweet piano melody, representing introspection and inner transformation, while light strings and delicate woodwinds introduce new hope. As the piece develops, the orchestra grows in power, with woodwinds and brass symbolizing the strength and determination of Davide on his way. In the finale, an explosion of epic sounds and a beautiful ethereal voice celebrate rebirth and new beginnings, leaving a sense of triumph and freedom.

WILL OF THE HEROES

"Will of the Heroes" is an epic and overwhelming orchestral piece, evoking the heart of a medieval battle. The introduction is dominated by imposing choirs, which echo recalls the cry of a war-ready army, while the powerful brass roars with force, giving a sense of urgency and determination. The pounding drums and timpani sound like battle drums, creating a tense and adrenaline-charged atmosphere. Tight strings and hurried rhythms accompany the crescendo, bringing the song to a triumphant climax, symbol of the unwavering will of heroes ready to fight for glory.​

"Immortal Flame" is the second part of an epic dream, which tells the transformation of a dragon from an innocent creature to a majestic and feared opponent. The composition begins with dark and threatening tones, with piano arpeggios and heavy percussion that evoke a sense of oppression and fear. As the song progresses, the orchestra expands and the intensity grows, bringing heroic and triumphant elements. Orchestral themes are interwoven with powerful arrangements of strings and brass, symbolizing inner strength and resilience. Towards the end, the music explodes into a triumphant celebration, remembering that even in the darkest moments, the light of hope and personal strength can guide us to victory.​

STAR MAKER

Star Maker is a delicate and intimate orchestral composition, which transports the listener from an ancient time to the sacred moment when the Creator, whoever he may be, forged the stars in the sky. Written in a medieval theme, the piece opens with a lute arpeggio and the sweet melody of dobro, whose notes evoke mastery and divine patience. Traditional instruments such as flutes and violas accompany the rise of the melody, while a section of light strings paints the immensity of the cosmos in formation. The rhythm is calm and contemplative, with a wise use of pauses, leaving room for the listener to reflect on the mystery of creation. The music gently fades into an ethereal finale, as if each star finds its place in the firmament.

MAELSTROM

The song "Maelstrom", the first orchestral and epic metal composition, is a powerful work full of emotion, inspired by sea cyclones and dedicated to a friend in difficulty. The opening is dramatic, with thunderous bows and electric guitars roaring like raging waves, evoking the violence of an uncontrolled vortex. The heavy and pounding percussion strike an incessant rhythm, transporting the listener into the heart of the maelstrom, symbol of inner challenges.

The song develops with increasing tension, alternating moments of orchestral chaos and more intimate reflections, where the synthesizers create dark and mysterious atmospheres. The solo guitar emerges in poignant solos, symbol of resilience and inner strength. Towards the end, when it seems like everything is going to fall apart, the whole orchestra opens on a greater, liberating and luminous chord. Powerful, almost sacred choirs unite to form a majestic conclusion that symbolizes hope and rebirth. " Maelstrom" is a musical journey through darkness, culminating in a triumphant and cathartic finale.
